York County Offices for Official Questions

Use 911 only for an emergency. The county 911 center at (402) 362-4951 is not a routine warrant-record line.
Records Requests and Status Questions
A status question asks what a person must do now. A records request asks for a specific releasable document. Direct a judicial docket or warrant-return request to the relevant court clerk. The Nebraska Public Records Act request should identify the custodian, court, case number or date, and document sought. The county 911 form is for 911 records, and the City of York form is for municipal records. Neither is a universal warrant request.
Do not send another person's DOB, address, driver's-license number, SSN, mugshot, or case screenshot through a public contact channel. Sealed, juvenile, investigative, victim, medical, and other protected records may be withheld or redacted.
